The Rector is on vacation from August 27th to September 10th.
The Parish secretary will be on vacation September 3rd to the 13th.
Set aside Saturday, September 25th for
a Parish Supper to raise funds for the corn mill for the Diocese of Ho, our companion diocese. There
will be food and entertainment. Tickets are ten dollars each and will be available beginning on September 5th. The committee
is also looking for donations of food items so that costs will be minimal.
Preparation for Confirmation
will begin in the fall. Those who are interested in beginning this process are asked to contact Chris Ketch.
The Anglican Parish Of Chatham will celebrate a "Welcome Back Sunday" on the 26th of September.
Further details will be made available as planning for this event progresses. This event is being held in conjunction
with the Anglican Church of Canada and will be celebrated across Canada.
Save your cancelled stamps.
Approx. one pound of stamps = one Bible. Labelled containers for the stamps are available at both churches.
Parishioners who are shut in and wish to celebrate Holy Communion at home should call Eddie
Quann at 773-9609.
The Daily Bread for September, October and
November is now available at the back of the churches. Large print copies are also available.
Parishioners are reminded to update their Parish Profile Form if there are changes to
phone number, address, email, etc. If you are new to the Parish and have not completed a form and would like to
be on the Parish List, please pick up a form and pass in to the Church Office when completed.
